One-click generation
One click from data you already have
Your project already holds the schedule, the confirmed crew, and the locations. One click assembles all of it into a complete call sheet, no fields to retype, no template to wrangle. The assembly is deterministic and runs with no generation model: every time block, call time, and address comes straight from your project data, so the sheet matches reality. You get one call sheet per shoot date, and the sheet itself is where you make edits.
- Generate a full call sheet in one click from the schedule, confirmed crew, and locations
- Deterministic assembly: nothing is retyped, no generation model, nothing guessed
- One call sheet per shoot date, drawn straight from your project data
- The sheet is the editing surface, so you adjust it in place
On the sheet
Everything a crew needs, on one page
The day schedule lays out the shoot in clear time blocks, from crew call to wrap. Contacts are grouped into Crew, Talent, Client, Vendor, and Other, and each person carries an individual call time, phone, and email. Locations arrive with map links, parking notes, and an on-site contact, and a free-text notes section holds anything else the day requires.
- A day schedule broken into readable time blocks
- Contacts grouped Crew / Talent / Client / Vendor / Other, each with a call time, phone, and email
- Locations with map links, parking notes, and an on-site contact
- A free-text notes section for anything specific to the day
Weather and safety
Live weather and safety, built in
A live weather strip pulls the day's high and low, conditions, and precip chance from a public forecast API, along with sunrise and sunset times. A safety strip lists the nearest hospital by name and address plus any emergency notes, so that information is on the page before anyone needs it. Both sit on the sheet automatically, no separate lookup, no second document to keep straight.
- A live weather strip with high/low, conditions, precip %, sunrise, and sunset
- Forecast pulled from a public API and shown right on the sheet
- A safety strip with the nearest hospital name and address
- Emergency notes placed where the crew will actually look
Publish and track
Publish, then know who's seen it
Publishing emails every recipient a personal token link to a mobile, read-only version of the call sheet, plus a PDF. SetFlow tracks who has opened the sheet through their link visit, a real read, not a tracking pixel. If you edit after publishing, an unsent-changes banner appears so you know to resend, and nobody ends up working off a stale sheet.
- Each recipient gets a personal token link to a mobile, read-only sheet
- A PDF goes out alongside the link
- See who has viewed, tracked by link visit, no tracking pixel
- An unsent-changes banner after edits keeps everyone on the current version
Studio branding
Your studio's brand on every PDF
On the paid Studio plan and up, the outgoing call-sheet PDF carries your studio's branding. The read-only link and the PDF are what your crew, talent, and clients actually open, so they arrive looking like they came from you rather than from a generic tool. It's the same one-click sheet, with your identity on it.
- Studio branding applied to the outgoing call-sheet PDF
- Available on the paid Studio plan and up
- The branded PDF ships with every publish
- A polished, on-brand sheet for crew, talent, and clients
Frequently asked questions
One click. SetFlow pulls the schedule events, confirmed crew, and locations already in your project and assembles a complete call sheet from them. Nothing is retyped, there's no generation model, and the assembly is deterministic, so the sheet reflects your project data exactly. From there, the sheet itself is the editing surface.

Republishing after edits shows an unsent-changes banner, so it's clear the version already out is stale and needs resending. That keeps everyone working from the current sheet instead of an old one.
Yes. On the paid Studio plan and up, the outgoing call-sheet PDF carries your studio's branding, so the sheet your crew and clients open looks like it came from you.
