A call sheet is the single source of truth for the shoot day. Miss a piece and someone shows up late, at the wrong door, or without a number to call. Here is everything the template covers.
Header & general call
The production title, shoot date, and the general crew call time at the top. The one time everyone reads first.
Day schedule
A time-blocked plan of the day: crew call, hair and makeup, first shot, company moves, lunch, and wrap, each with a time and location.
Contacts with individual call times
Everyone on the day (crew, talent, client, and vendors) with their own personal call time, role, and phone number, grouped so nobody is guessing when they're needed.
Locations
Each location's address, a map link, parking notes, and an on-set contact, so the whole team arrives at the right door.
Weather & daylight
The forecast high and low, conditions, and sunrise/sunset. The difference between making golden hour and missing it.
